The Sportsman makes every effort within reason to ensure that you are 100 percent satisfied with our service and products. If you are not happy with an item, you may return the item in new condition within seven days for a full refund, except for shipping charges.
Items covered by a manufacturer warranty must be sent to that manufacturer for warranty claims. We'll help you find the contact information for the manufacturer, but we cannot send in the product ourselves.
We must collect state and local taxes for shipments to the following states: CO. We are obligated to collect tax at the rate in effect for the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, and we are obligated to collect tax in additional states if we establish a presence in those states. The taxability of food and candy, or products combined with food or candy, varies by state. We calculate taxes for Colorado shipping addresses based on 7.9 percent of the total, as required by state and county law.
All orders can be shipped to anyplace within the continental United States and Canada. Items will be shipped UPS Ground or US Postal Service depending on your area, the size of the item, and cost.
Most delivery times for UPS Ground generally takes two to six working days. US Postal Parcel Post generally takes three to eight working days.
We can ship your order via faster methods if you request, but you will be charged the additional shipping charges. We try to ship all orders by the next business day after ordering.
