Lake City is about a four to five hour drive from the Denver area. It's 265 miles Southwest of Denver, Colorado. To get here, you can easily fly into Gunnison, Colorado, and drive one hour South on Highway 149. Or if you're driving from Hosuton, Dallas, and Amarillo, you take Highway 287.
